Position Overview: We are seeking an Energetic and People-Oriented Salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a natural gift for conversation, a knack for upselling, and the ability to follow direction with precision. If you’re passionate about recycling and sustainability and have a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Missouri region.

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sell with Enthusiasm: Present and upsell our recycling products and services, demonstrating their benefits and value to potential clients.

Follow Direction: Implement sales strategies and directives from management, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Energetic Attitude: High energy and enthusiasm for sales and recycling.

People Person: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.

Gift of Gab: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and close deals.

Upselling Skills: Proven experience in upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Adaptability: Ability to take direction and adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
